Removal of Front Passenger Seat Belt

Featured Replies

Hi

Firstly, apologies if there are any posts relating to this subject!

It's approaching MOT time and the front passenger seat belt doesn't wind back in as quick as it should! Everything else is okay with it, so I'm just hoping it needs a clean before the MOT.

Does anyone know how to get to the seat belt behind the panel covers? I'm just wondering if its dusty behind there!

Any diagrams or advise would be appreciated.

Cheers

the drivers side panels just pull off i would imagine the passenger side is similar i havent had a proper look but cant see it being a big job to remove covers and give it a quick spray with wd40

Do you have to take the rubber seals off first?

Also, what's the best way to pull the covers off? I tried over the weekend and couldn't get my hand into anything to use as a grip!
