Does anyone know if there is a way in MS Word to change upper case characters to lower case?

I know there is a formula to do this in Excel but have never founds a way in Word.

Open the document concerned, highlight the text you want to change

Then select 'Format' from the headings at the top of Word, and then select 'Change case' from the options, selecting 'Toggle' from the options you're presented with.

Shortcuts are good, but 'one' often forgets them, so IMHO it's best to use the menu system.
