Featured Replies

Hello fellow Briskoda's. As i stated a new job a few weeks a go I thought I would treat myself a new car.

I went to The MotorHouse in Cannok near where I live and spotted this;

Two weeks later, It was on my drive.

They had replaced the cam-belt and done a full service. The car is 1 owner and FSH. Just the mileage is at 101.635 which is a little high but the engine

and turbo are sweet as a nut.

It has gone back to them for repair. They had jet washed inside my car and all the electrics are going funny.

They said they will fix the issue.

Welcome aboard! :thumbup:

Hope the problem is sorted easily! Great motor!

More people joining from the Stoke area can only mean one thing....... A possible Brisky Meet! :thumbup:

:) Not many Skoda's around where i live TBH, its a **** hole and people buy 106's and saxo's because they cant afford a decent motor.

Spotted you tonight Ashley well I think I did you were heading from the tech park up beacon side I was coming the other way blue vrs!

Hi Ash, good luck with the car, Iv'e also just picked up a Mk1 VRS, on an 02 plate, in silver. I wanted a sports car, but had to be practical, and was impressed to see my large mountain bike will go in the back, with ease with the front wheel off!! Good luck with your planned power increase, i think it will be expensive to get up to 250bhp,but sure can be done, if you can keep the torque steer in check!! I'm also going to consider a mild tune/remap maybe to 200bhp (ish) and may consider the odd track day, Happy motoring :-)
