Which Spring?

Ok so no clues to that one lol?

Also I think it may have something to do with the DV only makes a noise if I change between 2000-3000rpm any higher and the DV doesnt make any noise?? Is this because I've got the wrong spring set up in?

For a standard turbo'ed car, the softer spring

Should have come with some kind of note telling which is softer (if you can't physically tell the difference)

The blue one that comes in it

In the pic one is yellow & one is red

It comes with 3 springs, there is a blue on inside the valve too. They were just too lazy to take it out

Blue is the softest, which is inside, if you have a red and yellow. :)

Ok so blue spring with no washers? Thats what I'm running but only get noise at low revs..... :(

What sort of noise? It'll never sound like an atmospheric valve since it isn't one

Its silent compared to the bosch standard one.... makes a fluttering noise at 2-3k rpm then nothing above that

It shouldn't make a fluttering noise mate. It should sound like the standard one just a tiny bit louder

Nope, re-fitted it to make sure its all tight with no leaks.... Got the blue spring in at the moment with no washers. The red spring seems shorted than the yellow or blue spring if that helps?

what intake are you runnig?

Is it greased up correctly?

I fitted a 007p to mine the other week with the Std airbox and still sounds OEM.

having to resist getting a CAI kit
