Replacement Tool for wheel nut covers.

Featured Replies

Does anyone know the cost for replacing the tool that removes the plastic covers from the wheel nuts? Are there any on ebay? Or do you need to get a dealer to supply? I haven't got one in the boot with the other tools. I thought it might come with the spare wheel kit but it didn't. My dealer has become a bit less communicative since I parted with my well earned...

Any thoughts?

My MK1 vRS arrived new sans the tweezer/tong to remove the wheel nut caps.

Rather than make a fuss I just bought one off the shelf at a different dealer for less than £1 (as I recall). Not sure what the p/n or cost now would be though.

That's grand thanks I will get them of ebay, they don't cost much.... If the dealer sends me some I will have a spare set just in case.
