Has anyone fitted one of these and,noticed any gains etc... ?

You'll have no gains but may sound a little more powerful

Ok cheers,i just wondered if anyone got a couple more mpg,better throttle responce etc.....

Personally, if you were gonna change the filter, I would go for the VWR one. In my opinion it's a better quality filter than the K&N, however it is more expensive.
