Head lights on Monte Carlo

Featured Replies

I have been told that the lights that come with the monte are not very good, just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for getting them all replaced to bright white ones, and to change the day light running lights ?

Would it not be an idea to see what you think of the lights and see if you can see OK with them,

or is it just about how they look?

I dont think they are as bad as people make it, best lights ive had on a car so far

(Corsa Vectra Punto & saxo)

I put these one's in mine, H7 Osram NightBreaker Plus + HeadLight Bulbs Xenon , and found these better. Haven't got round to doing the running lights yet...Hope this Helps..

I just don't like the idea of having yellow tint lights I think bright white looks better, anyone got any links ?

The light is good I just think the pattern is set a little low when I compare our monte to our mk1 vrs

Have you got a link for all them ? ^^^

We just asked the dealer to set the lights to the upper limit as part of the PDI and then fitted Nightbreaker + once we got the car home.

OK not on par with the xenon's in the Yeti but there acceptable. Only issue really and this applies to the xenon as well, is the DE reflector has a pronounced light beam cut off and if the nose dips, which it can do on an uneven up and down country lane, then momentarily you have a very short light beam in front of you :S
