As some of you may know if you have been following my threads in fabia II section and ask skoda in freedom, that I have ordered a new fabia vRS estate, and the garage told me that the driving school deal (free dual controls) was only on the hatch! I will be using my new estate for driving lessons, and my insurance is specific and demands dual brake is fitted... Anyway the sales peeps gave me the customer service number and I rang them to explain my displeasure at being excluded just because I have bought an estate, and I was dealt with by someone called steph, who took all my details, and empathised with my plight, she said she would look into it and call me back in a few days.,

Well a few days later, I'm a happy bunny, steph called back to say the fleet manager had authorised my free duels , she also contacted the garage I have ordered my car with to explain they could do it for free ect.. I just have to pop in with my adi badge to prove I'm an instructor and we are sorted!

I must say it was a painless experience, without having to argue with anyone, and a good customer service person who dealt with my case.

Well done skoda.
