Anyone used one of these recirc valves before?

Featured Replies

As above has anyone ever used one of these recirc valves before? I'm loathed to pay £100+ for a Forge item if one of these could perform similarly?

Cheers,

Matt.

Nothing wrong with the standard units, so just buy a new one of those. No servicing required and a low hysteresis design.

My car feels much better now I've gone back to a standard DV.

Really? I hear a lot about standard plastic dv's being useless and leaking etc...granted this is all hearsay.

Yeah it is! It's just self justification to waste money on something aluminium and shiny!

In this application, a diaphragm actuator is better than a piston. Same goes for the wastegate actuator.
