Honda Accord Estate vs Superb Estate

Featured Replies

My lease on my current company car, a Citroen C5 Exclusive in black with beige leather interior, is about to expire and I am looking at other makes due to recent reliability issues.

The car was off the road for four weeks waiting for a part.

I am looking at the estate versions of the Honda Accord EX GT or Skoda Superb Elegance 2.0TDI 170, both cars have a high spec trim but having had the C5 with the Hydropneumatic suspension I would like to stay with a comfortable ride rather than a sporty hard ride.

I am edging more to the Superb due to the load capacity and would like advice on the best colour combination.

The two I am considering are Ivory / Rosso Brunello or Ivory / Cappuccino.

I have seen Ivory / Rosso on a saloon but not on an estate.

Most of the estates I have seen seem to be Cappuccino.

Colours aside, dig up on Internet a rear-end crash test of the Accord Estate.

Having seen it, I am sure it will nudge you quickly enough in the direction of any car other than Accordion ;) Estate.

My Business partner has the ivory / rosso combi and it looks good. As far as the Honda goes the boot space is tiny and the ride will be firm. I find the Superb has suspension for the real world whilst it will never match the hydrolasic of the Citroen it comes prettty close
