Just signed up, Not a Spammer, or selling Kitchens so please dont shoot me down lol.

I wanted to say hi to the forum and hopefully get some info on the skodas.

My name is Baz and i am from London. Just shopping around for a newish car.

came across Skoda Octavia TSi 1.4 59 reg for £8.5k with 35k on the clock.

Just wanted some expert input on this model and engines, what to look out for etc.

I'm looking at some 2009 to 2011 Octavia models but a bit confused. On which engine size to look at

1.4 tsi or 1.6 cr tdi.

Would be grateful for some input.
