Does anyone know what the correct torque settings are for the Sump bolts and cam cover nuts on the Octavia VRS?

Sump bolts 15 Nm

3 Gearbox to sump bolts 45 Nm

2 Turbo feed bolts 10 Nm on new gasket

Camcover 10 Nm

We need a Torque Settings thread as a sticky!

Also what is the torque setting for spark plugs on the RS as I`m changing them in a couple of days?

Official tightening torque is 30 Nm, although to be honest I have always done my plugs up by hand in all my gars over the last 31 years to a sensible hand tight, it is a lot cheaper than a stripped head thread. Gap is 0.7 mm on standard plugs.
