First snow drive in VRS

Featured Replies

Had my fist experience of snow driving in the vrs and it was a complete hoot :D Found I had to do alot of rocking back and forward between r and d to unstick my self a couple times but well I'm pressed with the little wagon as it deals with snow better than my old fr. On a side note it's epic when u drive past reli expensive cars stuck and the drivers looking at you with utter disbelief as you whizz past :D

I've found it impressive and yet a bit rubbish in the snow. It doesnt slide about but the traction control and the fact you cant select a particular gear and keep it frustrating.

But I did have an impreza before

Put a set of winter tyres on and it is no problem in the snow. Mine is better in the snow than the wife's Rav 4.

Found mine better than the Scirocco on the Dunlops but its in a different league with the winters on..glad they still are!

Winter Tyres on mine, drive past many stuck 4x4's :)

I have the summer tyres on as I just got the car and summer is just around the corner but will purchase. Getting my woolies on now and going for a blast to McDonald's for a late night cure :D

I flew up the hill on the way home after a night shift in 4 inch of snow doing 40 mph laughing like a lunatic ,winter tyres are the way forward. bloody good in the rain as well.
