I was driving down a dual carriageway tonight doing about 50/60mph and hit a large block of ice on the road and it shattered into a million pieces. Since then when I turn my wheel in any direction it makes a loud whining/ groaning noise.

I am going away next weekend, a 3hr drive towing a caravan will it be safe?
