Rear wheel bearing replacment

So my NS rear wheel bearing has decided to start making a noise and after checking has some play in it. Now im off away on holiday for the weekend down to Devon on Friday so with not alot of time gonna have to do it my self tomorrow evening after work. No im fairly technically minded buy have never one before so just wondered how easy the job is and what tools are required (just so I can get everything prepared).

Any info would be appreciated.
