I have a silver MK1 Occy VRS. My mate who owns a vinyl wrapping business has offered to cover my front frill in return for some beer!

So whats the best colour to go for?

So far the options are carbon, matt black or gloss black.

Does anyone have any pics of these? What do people reckon?

Sorry for sounding stupid but does he just cover the silver trim around it? Id say black? Ive also seen people change the skoda badge for a vrs badge. Good if ashamed to own a skoda

Mine is satin Black. I used rubber spray paint and it seem more durable to chips

Yep. Satin or matt every time. Even on a black car. Anything else looks a bit tacky imo.

Whilst he's at it maybe get your B pillars done too, matt black on mine but might carbon them at some point -
