I've finally got round to getting some leather cleaner and conditioner and am going to get started soonish. However, I am sure I read that not all of the 'leather' on my Octavia MkII vRS is really leather. Can someone confirm which bits are?

Also, I'd like to clean the steering wheel but am concerned that I will just end up with cream in the perforated parts of the wheel. Are there any solutions to this potential problem?

Only the seat facings are leather.

That's the peice you sit on and the part of the backrest you touch with your back.

All the sides and rear is synthetic.
