Road fund Licence query

I have always paid £120 (£66 for 6 months) on my 1.2 HTP (70). For some reason my renewal this time is for £100 (£55). Any ideas guys?. I'm tempted just to pay what they ask for but wonder, if they have made an error could that have any repercussions if I do?.

Agreed, that does seem rather strange, I have the 1.2 (105) and expect it to be more than last year. Most RFL prices seem to rise each year. Perhaps yours has been down rated and I would pay the price you have been asked for and keep the proof! ;)

I've got no idea but you should be able to get the right figure from here....

Yep!! checked out your link and it equates to £140/(£77) but my renewal sure as hell says £100/£55. Ah well you win some lose some and I WON!! for a change.

Depending when your car/engine was built will depend on the RFL for the HTP. From memory £100 is the right figure for a MY11 on (facelift). wonder if they have mixed yours up :wonder:

Good point, I'm on a private plate with 11 as the only numbers. Must have taken that as a 2011 plate.
