The media part that you conect the iPod iPhone to in my fabia vrs. Sometimes freezes meaning it still connected but won't play any sound or allow you to swap songs. Is this normal or is there a fix for this

What I have is when Bluetooth is switched on on my phone but the phone is connected via MIDI cable the car gets confused and "plays" songs through Bluetooth media player and not MIDI and it becomes unresponsive and no sound plays-song stays the same if you know what I mean. I have to go to phone settings and disconnect media player there. Other way is to have Bluetooth off on your device before you connect it using MIDI. Not sure if this helps but found it similar...
