Does anyone know AK54 UPE?

Hi Guys,

I hope you are all well.

Trying to find a nice Fabia Vrs sub £5000 with sensible miles on and have seen a Black Vrs advertised at a Skoda dealer near Ely, Cambs. Looking on the Advert it says only 2 owners and 77,000 miles. I'd have thought would be a clean one if at a main dealer on that age. Does anyone on her know the car AK54 UPE?

Lol. It's going good mate! She needs a clean tho. Due a major service next month and new tyres at the front so it's not gonna be cheap!

But wanna look after her as she was mint wen I picked her up and wana keep it that way!!

Nice one buddy, Glad your enjoying it and its going well - they are a cracking motor, remember my silver one which was my first Skoda, I missed that car so much....

Get it serviced and new tyres sorted mate and itll be like new again....Ready for many more miles....

Does having a vRS with 4X4 bring a noticeable improvement to the car?

This is a follow up to a previous question I posed recently. I had a 2008 vRS for over 12 years and really loved it before moving on to something different. Looking to getting back into vRS ownership again and toying with the idea of finding one with the 4x4 drive train. If anyone has been able to compare the two, is there a noticeable improvement in road handling with this variant? Thanks

History is that since the coilovers were done, the front-left top mount has aways creaked on turning; classic top mount sound of juddering movement. I've tried rotating the spring a little in case that's a difference but I need to do try some more just to make sure I haven't forgotten anything. In the meantime, the front right has developed a creak which is different. It's a heavier creaky rubber feel to it which is triggered on minor movement/weight shift. Going over speedbumps obviously makes

I have a 2014 diesel octavia estate 1.6 blk edition. Lately, and since service my mpg is alot lower than normal. I understand my car is old but recently ive noticed im using more fuel. Ive asked my usual mechanic and hes replied with the expected answer i thought hed suggest which is weather, tyres, speed, fuel prices and that mpg is never ro be trusted. Im not taking fuel prices into consideration as im seeing my fuel being used up more. Mpg today has been 34,on a route i normally use and get

Hi all, Recently picked up a 2017 1.0 TSI. Every time I start the car there’s a noticeable ticking/rattling noise that lasts around 45 seconds then stops completely. Happens on every start, not just cold. Car runs perfectly once warm with no issues at all. Has anyone experienced this on the 1.0 TSI EA211 engine? I’ve read it could be the Turbo actuator rod linkage? Car was serviced by Skoda main dealer a month ago. Any experience or advice appreciated. Video link of said noise: https://y
