The upper arms' bolts stretch (torque is quite high) so will need replacing if fitting new arms. Pinch bolt is reusable I think, 40Nm, but in practice usually quite rusty so worth replacing if you manage to remove it. Not sure of the lower arms bolts as so far not had to touch them but I think to get the rear lower ones out you have to support the subframe before loosening it to give enough clearance. I was buying the bolts/nuts one by one as I needed them, I used Febi online catalogue to locate correct p/n. beware you might need a blow torch to get the punch bolts out and this will knacker up the upper arms' ball joints.

Thanks for the info. I have new bolts now. Just waiting on the suspension to arrive :(

When you change the upper arms, remove them one by one. That way you will always have the other one as the guide to the correct visual angular orientation of the new arm before applying that torque value to the bolts. Then you take the 2nd old one off and when you replace it with the new one you are using the previously fitted new one as your new reference.

Correct angular alignment is important as otherwise the rubber bushing might get too stressed and thus its life could be compromised.
