That is indeed the technical term!

I have finally managed to find a standard engine cover from a mkV Golf GTI for my mkII Octavia vRS TFSi. I am changing from my Neuspeed back to standard.

I recently googled a topic regarding modifying the standard air cover- due to the restrictive elbow which goes in to the turbo.

In this topic; there was a hose made by Forge which replaced this narrow elbow with a larger diameter hose.

Sods law now dictates I can not find this topic or part (I think it was on a Seat Cupra Website).

Does anyone have any information regarding this hose or know where I can buy it?

Found it! It's actually a Samco hose and is meant for K04 equipped cars such as the Audi S3 and Leon Cupra :(
