Knocking sound when turning left

Hi Guys,

Was after some advice with a knocking sound on my 04 superb comfort TDi, it seems to happen when cornering left only, I suspect it's the CV Joint but wondered if anyone else had experience with this problem? if so what's the aprox cost to fix it?

Hi just had the same problem with mine only right hand .Circlip had come off so the universal joint was floating about.Got replacement from Motoquip for about £45 for the kit .Much quieter now

Cv joint, it would be good to replace on boath sides.
