iPOD classic and bluetooth

Featured Replies

Was going to buy a Bluetooth adaptor for my iPOD ready for my new Octavia Elegance which I am getting through PCH.

Can I get control over my iPOD via Bluetooth with the new Amundsen sat nav, too late to specify Mitsumi Apple upgrade (£100) and this option is cheaper at £40 for the Bluetooth adaptor, plus I want to retain the usb/aux in options in case I put music on USB pen etc.

Adaptor (Kokkiai10s) spec says it responds to Receiver Remote AVRCP commands (Play, Pause, Next, Previous) and the Amundsen manual says it does AVRCP so I am guessing yes????

Anyone any experience of this?

Is sound quality any good streaming over bluetooth compared to a cable to aux in as if not as good will go the cable route and forego the control element
