Is this covered under paint warranty?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I had this happen to the rear passenger door drivers side on my black octavia mk2 55 plate. One day walked out and this strip of what appears to be laquer has come off. I cant figure any reason for it and it hasn't got bigger. There is no dent or scratch to this strip of missing laquer so 100% sure it hasn't been caused by physical damage.

I have been told that if this was a failure in the paint then I could get this done under the 10 year body warranty. If I can how and what is the best way to approach the ocal skoda post-60011-0-31213500-1370978559_thumb.jpgdealer.

Hopefully photo below.

Any help much appreciated,

Nounou

Paint warranty is only 3 years. Corrosion is 10 years.
