just fitted a gauge. Wanted to know what i should be looking for on the dial. Its a standard vrs.

at idle in getting -22.

foot off and coasting -30

1st gear foot down, just under 0.

2nd gear foot down, about 3psi

3rd, 4th and 5th spikes at about 10-11 psi then settled at about 8 - 9 psi.

is all ok?

1st and 2nd gear doesn't sound right, is your traction control cutting in?

Apart from that sound right to me for a standard vrs

Idle should be about -26.

Which could indicate a vac leak.

1st and 2nd not right should be the same through thw gears.
