I have just investigated why the multichanger isn't working on a new purchase to find the wiring loom wet, I think it is the pipe down from the sunroof channel. I've fixed that and started on the wiring where some have corroded and fallen out. But the wire colours on the changer don't match the loom. On the loom I have a loose yellow,blue and green... But the CD changer has a loose brown, orange, black . I had a loose red on the car loom and this seemed to be the yellow on the changer as it has restored power to the changer ...help!

Ive had a look at a spare changer and loom I have at home, and worked out the colours for you.

Brown on the changer goes to green on the loom.

Orange on changer goes to blue on the loom.

Black on the changer goes to yellow on the loom.

Thank you - I had found the live feed and had the remaining 'odd' wires. I'll have a go this week and try and connect them up.

The dampness in the area might have been caused by a junction for the rear washer too.... It has a habit of popping apart and making things wet!
