depo wingmirrorman projectors

Featured Replies

Hi, just managed to skim through my mot with my headlights, but the adjusters are broken on both sides and there a bit discoloured.

I want to upgrade to projectors, just gone on ebay and noticed wingmirrorman/woman isn't selling the depo ones anymore! I have tried emailing them to no avail.

Just wondered if anyone knew who else sells them?

Alex

You retrofit your original headlight adjusters into the Xenons from Depo.  They work in the same way.  If yours are bust, find a pair from a front end damaged car.  Probably find a smashed headilght s

Gutted, I was going to buy a set in the next few weeks!

Depo lights don't come with adjusters!

Plus the halogen adjusters wont work with projectors

I was also wanting to buy a set of xenon projector headlights to fit my fabia, can't see any in the uk on eBay.

you could try NP Autoparts Give 'em a call, a guy who works there is on here ;)

so what adjusters would I need to buy to go with them?

may have to give them a call or may even phone depo direct.

I put my halogen adjusters in and they work fine

so what adjusters would I need to buy to go with them?

For non-xenon, there's a little thumbscrew. I 'think' I have one lying around if you want it? Unless yours has the electric adjusters?

Edit: which it will do being a vRS.

call NP and ask for Lee. Tell him you're on here and I'm sure he'll do what he can to help ;) He's got a lovely vRS SE aswell :D

Well be sure to post back on here if you get them :)

are xenon's really worth it ?? the nightbreakers ( h3 / h7) on my vrs are far superior in every way to the factory xenon's on the courtesy monte carlo i currently drive :(

For me, it's the look of them, projector lights look much better beside normal lights.

i agree they do look pretty awesome especially with the black bit inside but it seems alot of trouble / expense to go to if they are going to be disappointing on a night

I recall a group buy, how much did they cost from that?

Xenons are far superior to stock lights imo

£180 delivered  i paid for the pair

why are the projector lens headlamps so expensive! I want HID's but cant put them on the car because it'll just blind everyone else.

Yeah, I'd pay that for some I guess.

unless you face some poorly adjusted **** ones on a dark lane :(

You just answered your own question. ;)

But at £185 for a pair, the Depo units are good value for money for new units.

Aye, agree with that!

Should definitely get them fitted and find an MOT place to check the alignment.  I actually fitted mine at the MOT place so I could get it all done and dusted in one go.

anybody got a link to this depo place? :)
