Just dropped in on my dealer at lunch (I work near the dealer) and my car has arrived, still with go faster white stripes.  The sales person let me have a sit inside, first things I noticed when sitting inside is the Bolero system does not say 'Bolero' in the top centre, not a big problem but just what I noticed.  The multifunction steering wheel (option on SE) has the piano black surround which is a nice touch and matches the Bolero system.

 

Hoping to collect the car sometime next week or at the latest next weekend.

Are you sure? I picked up mine on June 7th and it's not written either.

This is probably a silly question but I've never bought a new car before now but why can you not pick it up as soon as it arrives?

They let a local taxi firm use them for a couple of days to check them out for faults ;-)

Sorry to hear that....waiting 2 months was hard enough. The dealer quoted me 8 weeks when I ordered but I took that with a pinch of salt after reading this forum, so was really pleased when it came in on time.

Why are there such big differences in delivery times?....I added 6 options to my SE trim so not a standard car.
