tdi remap and also flywheel...(1.6 tdi)

Hellooo...im very new here, i dont have a skoda i have a polo 6R tdi cr 1.6

i just recently bought it and i heard all the diesel performance people are on briskoda!..

so i wanted to ask whats the best remap to get for it and also what would it be like if i changed to a single mass flywheel?
