Help needed ASAP epc light on and not starting

Featured Replies

Hi I am after some info quick as I am going away Friday and my 01 vrs petrol will not start

It started playing up earlier the epc light came on? Whatever that's for and started to rev and idel at 1100rpm like the chock was stuck on now I can not get it to start pleas help or no holiday for us this year

Does it crank?

If it does, is an rpm displayed or is it zero?

My epc light and not starting last year was down to the crank angle sensor being shot

It cranks and yes stays at zero

It cranks and yes stays at zero

Then the crank sensor is most likely at fault. If you get the fault codes read, it will likely confirm this
