So just before attending the mega meet last week I cleaned the car and noticed that one of the black neptunes had a white line/smudge running through it.

Popped into Parkview Skoda who supplied the car and spoke to them about it.

Had a couple of photo's taken and told they would call me later.

well, an hour later a new wheel has been ordered and will be fitted on Tuesday.

Cheers to John in parts and Jason from the workshop, excellent customer service, simply the best.

No quibbles or issue's, just a simple phone call stating it's been ordered for you.

I have to say they (Parkview) have been fantastic from the moment we stepped into the showroom last August.

Just thought I'd let people know that in this day and age of money grabbing dealers there are still some out there that put the customer first.

Too be fair, not Jammy at all mate. Just makes a nice change for a dealer to be so good.

Had a blown injector and coil pack a month or so ago, nd they we're stunning with that too.

Made breaking down a very pleasant experience rather than the nightmare it could have been.

In two minds at the moment to swap the bikes and van out for a new car, as my leg is just not getting better, but will wait till after the next operation, but if I do, I'll be using these guys again.

Just spreading the love...........as everyone is good at complaining about dealer's, thought I'd buck the trend and let you know about a good dealer for a change.

This is where I take my motor and they really are good. Jason is the service manager and a top bloke, as are John & Andy in parts/service.
