And as you can see I still haven't got the hand of posting the pics correctly :giggle:

Including Vat and postage they were £32.64. There are cheaper ones but I went for OEM and to be honest I didn't shop around so they may be cheaper elsewhere?

They look good I don't think £32 is unreasonable, better to get better quality ones that will last

Yes they look okay, the prices shown though are plus Vat plus delivery so not too far off what I paid I suspect.

Great. Did you get a set of four?

Yes! the pack includes 4, front and rear. They are clearly marked with an arrow on each, pointing to the front of the car so that you know you have nearside and offside in correct order. They also come with limited fitting instruction and have tape applied.

It's just a case of cleaning any polish residue off the paint with IPA or similar degreaser, position the sill cover and mark the position with a pencil. Once you are happy with the positioning tear off the backing from the tape and place the cover strip to your guide marks, pressing firmly. They stick like stuff to a blanket so get it right first time!!.

Nice job. I did this to mine, too. First, I didn't think the rear ones would be of any real use, but with a 2-year old using the sill for climbing into her seat, and standing on them all the time, I'm really glad I bought these. IMHO the simple black ones are better looking than the other options.

Yes I liked the black ones, thought about the aluminium type but the black ones suit my colour better. Kind of helps to tone down the primrose yellow

All ordered up :) bye bye scratched sills!

So did you go for the OEM, where from, how much? Hope you like them.

They are actually very sturdy and doesn't get scratched easily. I'm glad I bo

They do look well. I considered those but as I said I liked the black ones with my colour.

They are a good addition though, especially with young kids or ladies with high heels which easily catch.

Yes, I know I could avoid hitting the clear coat - but I am not the only one using the car :) . The black ones do look good too.

I think it is a small price to pay to be safe.
