Did they offer you any discounts or deals on the extras..? I configured mine and ended up with £4,000 worth of extras and wondering if Skoda guys are prepared to waive something off...

Deposit of 30% - 7k. Because of the finance there isn't much discount to be had but autoglym paint protection was chucked in for that too.

I was hoping to get some sort of Discount especially when you spending over £25,000 on the car even with the 0% interest free available...heard somewhere that each dealer makes around 14% of each car they sell so hey should be able to give you maybe up to 10% discount if you fight for it...

In fairness I went to 4 dealers and his figures made the most sense. I've read on other threads that the dealers discount gets reduced by suk over the finance. Figures work for me so I'm happy enough. If others get discounts fair play to them

14% is the standard amount - however the 0% is heavily subsidised and thus their margins are down to around 6%. I managed to get 3.75% off list price but that was really pushing it to the max.
