Dvd-rom Drive Given Up...

Featured Replies

Hellooooo

My DVD-ROM drive on my PC has given up the ghost.

Symptom - Put CD in drive, close it, it thinks there's no CD in the drive, and refuses to re-open (have to restart, and open it during boot-up)

Can anyone recommend a good place to get a replacement. I use Amazon/Jungle quite a lot if they're normally the best. oh, and DABs too.

Jason try www.computerprices.co.uk for price comparison. You may want to consider places such as ebuyer, ccl and so on.....

I'd go for one of Dabs , Komplett or EBuyer .

Never had a problem ordering from any of them :D

Try our own resident post whore ffelan. Check the discounts section and give him a PM.
