Hi newbie to here. Just bought an octavia vrs est. mint car but the non franchise dealer isn't of any help. After driving it for no more than 20 miles the exhaust control system light came on with glow plug light flashing at times. This only lasted for 200 miles as my first drive was Scotland and back. Then this morning I got in to drive & the lights now off! Anyone had the same problem? Do I still get a diagnostic? Or has it just needed a run out as its sat on a forecourt for 4 months.
