Radio stopped working

I got out the car when the radio was working and when I came back and started it up again I realised I wasn't working no more

Checked the fuses and the fuses and the 5v fuse had blown in position 10 changed it along with the 20v fuse position 45

It is a aftermarket radio clarion vz409e also changed fuse in back of radio which hasn't blown

Any ideas or suggestions would be apprieacted
