sorry no hints or tips... but hiya :orb_danci

Welcome to Briskoda. The 1.6 has the Golf engine and is the one I would recommend - and own. Make sure you buy one with power assisted steering. Mine doesn't have it and the steering is very heavy at low speeds, eg when parking.
