Ive got a 2001 Skoda Fabia 1.9 TDI Elegance with 98,000 on the clock, when I accelerate over 40mph the steering lightens up and pulls the car to the right. It gets worse as I accelerate at higher speeds. Ive checked the tyres and the tyre pressures they seem fine, ive been advised by someone it may be the bushes. Has anyone had this problem before if so what seemed to be the issue?

Thanks for your help I've got it checked and it is indeed the near side front wish bone bushes that are worn. On ebay the bush is around £10 however there are some with powerflex tools that come with the bushes for around £50. Would a local mechanic need the powerflex tool or can I just purchase the bush on its own? Below are examples of the two different types.
