manual to electric windows

hi I've managed to get a hold of 2 electric window motors for the front doors. I've check my manual winder which is screwed in and not riveted like some. I`m just wondering if it will be a straight swap or will additional mods have to be done. I understand ill need the wiring loom and the switches for the doors, but will I need anything else. the cars a 1.9 sdi fabia classic.
