Earthquake F6.5R

Featured Replies

Having two of these coaxials fitted in the front as I type this, replacing the stock one's finally (except the tweeters, the stock tweeters are excellent! Always thought the stock woofers were alright, but they just can't take high levels, and when say high, I mean 40+ on the display. I could not believe the specs on these speakers, they are 200W each, and have a frequency response of 25Hz - 22kHz!!!! 25Hz??? That's LOW sub-bass frequencies, how they get those out of a 6.5 inch woofer is something that will leave me wondering, even though I'm in this field!! Not only that, the in-built tweeters give out 22kHz?? We can't even hear 22kHz so the highs must be real clean! Ima be putting in some heavy old-skool Metallica tracks for a try out on the full range!!!! :orb_hard_

So now, I've got two rear coaxial Focus F6x9 speakers 300W, two front F6.5R 400W, and an Eminence 2800W sub (going PMPO here, car audio companies always go PMPO so ima stick with that for car audio) plus the Earthquake TH300.1 amp, and two Absolute sound-sensistive blue rear-neons.

Oh, I don't think I told you guys, I've removed the underbody green neons. No more, they are a headache to worry about and when driving you always have to worry about bumps (especially since my car is low AND on 15s) because the underbody protection won't allow you to fit them 'inside'....

So no more 'C H A V V I N 3 $$' like you guys put it!!
