My old 07 vrs had them as a factory extra, not seen too many with them fitted tbh.

Yes, an option. And as Mark says, pretty rare.

 

I've not seen many Octavias fitted with them at all.

Quite glad I specced them on mine.

the only extra I needed on my L&K in 2012 so I presume they were never standard. thoroughly recommend as the red collision image on the mfd Is first class for accuracy.

I'm looking at buying a vrs with them, I haven't seem them before so thought they might be aftermarket
