had my vrs fabia since march, ive had it remapped to approx 180 bhp - 340 ft lbs, figures may be a bit inflated but all i know is it GO's. since the remap its developed a screech as it gets on boost and it does chuck out a bit of black smoke if i floor it from too lower revs as it hits boost, im assuming there is a boost leak somewhere, my guess is the intercooler is trying to blow itself apart as its a bit oily around that area, has anyone else had this problem? what smic can i replace it with that will take the abuse?

had same problem, I had put a whole in pipe where it comes from the turbo and almosgt every other connection seemed to be leeking a little am looking at making new pipes for it as bought new skoda ones but they still leek
