Yeti gets rear facing camera - will it fit a Superb?

Over on Facebook, Skoda (www.facebook.com/skoda) have announced a rear view camera for the Yeti as part of the tailgate handle - does anyone know of this fit the aperture in the Superb's Estate/Combi, and if so will it operate the release mechanism?
