Hopefully a simple question, but im a simpleton when it comes to electronics / ICE so please bear with me

Turned my car on yesterday and tried to put the radio on and ..... silence :( Its an Octy RS with the standard head unit and changer but absolutely nothing happens when I turn the unit on - no sound and no display. Can anyone point me in the right direction to start finding out whats wrong. Cheers

First thing is check the fueses....look in your car manual for more details....

have you resently had your battery off?

Did you ever fix this? If not, I have a set of the "keys" that remove the head unit if you need to have a look behind it. I can drop them 'round if you want.

Haven't had time to get into it yet - will probably have to wait until the weekend ... very odd not having any sound int he car though. :(
