Paddle shift on DSG

Featured Replies

I have ordered a  vrs dsg tsi estate. But I have seen the video from the German guys...  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULtYCeDzdJ4.

In this, the guy drives the yellow petrol DSG and it has no paddle shift! I have just had a minor panic. Do I have to spec this as an extra, or is paddle shift standard on the DSG vrs?

Can't find the option on the configurator, so I always assumed paddle shift came as standard with DSG.

It's standard in the UK...

The cars that showed up in the early reviews were early production cars. They had a number of oddities. Like the DSG cars without paddle shifters, the normal Mode button instead of the VRS Mode (they were LHD cars), you can even see a Meteor Grey hatch that had the black pack and that one also had the rear spoiler in black (which you can't get now) and a completely black roof..

Cheers,

Not wishing to sound like a bit of a dork! But I have been through the configurator a million times and specced my car at the dealership double checking everything and still thought I might have missed the paddles.

DOH!!
