duel exhaust and toe bar?

Featured Replies

I have read that you have to remove the toeing eye if you wanted to fit a duel exhaust on an Octavia. Could you still fit a toe bar though? Really tempted by one on my estate

do it..........

wish i could.

I'm definitely tempted. Also is there a reason why some have 2 back boxes, one on either side and some only have one?

Didn't shifty have a dual on his mk2 hatch?

Yeh, he did. It's now on my car.

Can we go back to original question, will be toe bar fit with a duel exhaust?

I would have thought you could still fit a towbar even with twin exhausts, though in my opinion fitting a towbar after fitting twin exhausts kinda spoils the look for me.

Was thinking of one that could be removed

no reason why it won't fit, towbar fits up on the chassis legs and rear crash bar mounts, you might have to drop the exhaust boxes to fit it and then put them back on.

the octavia's never came with dual exhausts (catback/backbox), unlike the v6 superbs, which come with it from the factory.

octavias with dual exhausts r custom made.

Yeah I know that I was meaning in general, why do some have 2 back boxes and some only 1?

The clio 182 has two but some aftermarkets just have one.

Theirs no reason.
