Hi all

My Monte is going into the dealer tomorrow to have the pull to the left sorted, hopefully anyway and when I spoke to the Service Manager I asked him if he could set the doors to lock and unlock with one button press, he said no problem.

What else can be set via the VCDS which I can ask him to do when it's in for the pull.

Might get the alarm chirp/beep to sound but don't know what else to ask for.

Any ideas please.

Anti hijack (doors lock at 15mph) and door unlock on removal of key from ignition.

I've got large Mph speedo but dealer unlikely to do this.

Lock after rollaway aka anti hijack

Key beep

Unlock on key removal

Adjusted steering weight to Polo Gti setting (v good)

Brake assist increased (not sure on this one, good about town, parp when driving friskily)

Change XDS settings, suggest medium for any vRS owners.

R4zb3rry, not sure yet.

 

When I spoke to the Service manager he said they're aware of problems with the Montes pulling to the left and have a set number of tests they have to do first.

 

He also said they have had to fit new tyres on some but need to do these steps set out by Skoda first.

 

Once I know the outcome then I'll update and PM you if need be.

 

He said they need to keep it for a couple of days so they're giving me a courtesy car to use in the meantime, be interesting to see what they give me.
