Im getting my EGR blanked off and mapped out next week but i'd idealy like a delete pipe.

 

Looking at the prices they are very expensive (darkside or allard) for what they are so I thought could I buy a 2nd hand egr valve, clean it up and remove the flap from inside so its just like a delete pipe?

I assume you have a vac operated one----you can keep the asv and just gut/cleanup the rest      search for "Wingnuts stealth race pipe"  on "Freds"    http://forums.tdiclub.com
