Hi there, i've just bought a very faded but very straight, red 1995 1.3 glxie flairline favorit, 45000 miles some history, two owners, i'm chuffed with it.  However, it coughs and splutters a bit as the revs increase, but pulls well from about 3,000 revs.  I'm hoping a good service will sort it out, but could i be vacuum advance? acceleration is hesitant.  Still it only cost me £300 and with a couple months tax and a full MOT, i'm not complaining.  Also i'm told mk1 focus coilies fit the front (with a little jiggery-poking) but are hatch and estate rear suspension setups the same? i.e will mk4 polo coilovers fit the back of my estate? I'll service and polich it this weekend and get some pictures up.....

Great site btw - i've been lurking!

Cheers, Tom
